FREE SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA Free Shipping only applies to addresses within India. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAILS We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when each part of your order is shipped. This will include the courier tracking number. SHIPPING MULTIPLE PACKAGES If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Items shipped from the same location will be packaged together. Our shipping confirmation e-mails will inform you as to which parts of your order have been shipped.

Bought the wrong size? No Problem! We’ll replace it at no extra cost. However, you will have to bear the shipping cost this time. Else, you can save on the shipping cost by bringing the pair to your nearest Cordwainers store. After receiving the return, we will inspect the merchandise and for any signs of use/tampering and for original packaging/box contents. If it looks good, we will replace it with the correct size(s), or refund your payment. You have seven days to initiate the return from the day your shipment arrives. If you paid by card, the refund will go to your card account. In case of cash on delivery, we will refund your money either through bank transfer or issue a credit note to you. Bank transfers will be executed within 7 days of the return confirmation.
